Professional, considerate, prompt and responsive. Arrived 30 minutes before their estimated time. Gentleman who helped me was very nice and took him 10 minutes to change my tire. Will use again if I have to.

Our rental van broke down with my wife, two granddaughters (7 & 8) and their parents stranded along a busy road. Rental company sent an Uber to take me to get another van. Unfortunately no vans were available anywhere including the Sarasota airport! Was told to wait until a van might come in. In the meantime P& J towing loaded up the van and Oscar, in conversation with my wife realized our plight. No vehicle with a stranded family sitting along the road/small beach front bay. Oscar leaves with the car and to my families’s surprise and delight, returns with bags full of food, drink, ice and desserts!!! Upon my return with a rental, my family was sitting next to the water on blankets and lawn chairs having a picnic, laughing and proclaiming Oscar as their Guardian Angel! Thank you to Oscar and P & J Towing!!

People who use P & J services are not having a good day. They need a towing service because their vehicles broke down or involved in accidents. Oscar provides a ray of sunshine on those cloudy days. He is very courteous, professional, friendly and most importantly, a genuine human. P & J is extremely lucky to have Oscar as their employee. As for me, I was blessed to have met Oscar when my vehicle required a tow.

Fast reliable service! Oscar came out to our house quickly and was even able to help us solve our vehicle’s start up issues on the spot without having to tow our vehicle. Turns out our battery developed some corrosion while we were away on vacation. Shout out to Oscar and thank you PJ towing!
